Return & Exchange Policy

Defects

In any unlikely events should you find any of our items not satisfactory due to any defects, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Do kindly provide us with your purchase details, (invoice number & product name), authenticity card number and also reason for returns. A photo would be required for further inspection. 

 

You may return the items as intact, in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

Product exchange are subjected to availability, if the product you wish to exchange to is no longer available, we are happy to exchange it for something of a similar value. 

 

Wrong Orders

We check all orders before sending it out. But In any unlikely event should the wrong size/merchandise be sent to you, do kindly provide us with these following details when you write in to us. Please include Invoice number, product you ordered, and product you received.

 

You may return the items as intact, in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. And we would mail the correct items back to you.

Product exchange are subjected to availability, if the product you wish to exchange to is no longer available, we are happy to exchange it for something of a similar value. 

 

Refund

We do not offer any other form of refund policy at the moment.

However we do offer a return or exchange policy in the case of wrong orders/defects.

 

This option however would be open on a case by case basis in which during a case of defects or wrong orders, and the replacement product is out of stock.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 10 days (locally)/20 days (Internationally) from the date the item is delivered.
  • Product must be in its original brand new, unwashed and unworn condition.
  • Product must not be altered in any way nor should they display any sign of use
  • While trying on items, please make sure that you're not wearing my perfume/cologne nor should you be sweating which may leave any form of scent or marks on the items.
  • Items with any signs of usage will be returned to the customer.
  • Product on sale are not eligible for returns.
  • Product purchased using credit vouchers, promotional/discount codes will not be eligible for returns.

 

Others:
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.  e.g. ordering items for temporary usage and returning it afterwards.
